BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS-Intership have just increased their fleet of Offshore Work / Accommodation Vessels and are looking for Business Development Managers to find new work opportunities for their vessels.

This role will be home based, and suited to someone who can work independently, without supervision, and who has the drive and enthusiasm to succeed. You must possess excellent communication skills especially on the telephone, be highly motivated and have a confident and mature attitude. You will come from a maritime background, and preferably have experience with the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.

The role involves lots of research to find out who are the key offshore operations managers of the oil, gas, engineering and construction companies operating in our vessels locations. Contacting the right people is vital to be successful. You will find out what their immediate and upcoming requirements for offshore work/crane/accommodation vessels, offer our services and put forward our vessels for projects, tenders and contracts if appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an offshore operations / drilling / construction manager with the right contacts in the industry.

There is a lot of earnings potential, considering our vessels can be on hire at anything from $5,000-$100,0000 per day. The Salary will be based on the number contracts you develop for Intership. Commission will range from 1-3%, and therefore likely earnings can be anything from $50,000-$500,000.

Exceptional candidates can expect a basic salary of US$ 30,000 + uncapped earnings.

MASTERS WITH DYNAMIC POSITIONING EXPERIENCE- We are interested in Unlimited Licenced Masters preferably with Nautical Institute DP certificate.

DYNAMIC POSITIONING OPERATORS/OFFICERS-We are only interested in people who are certified by the Nautical Institute. Experience with Kongsberg Simrad 21 is an advantage.

OFFSHORE PROJECT & VESSEL CONVERSION MANAGERS - we are interested in trainee supervisors keen on gaining experience, working on various projects in Spain, Poland and United Arab Emirates to oversee, work and supervise conversion of vessels on offshore projects.

NAVAL ARCHITECTURE/OCEAN ENGINEERS - 4+ years in hydrodynamics, stability analysis, mooring analysis and design of floating platforms and marine vessels. Strong background from consulting and engineering design relating to deepwater floating oil and gas platforms desired.
BS or MS in Naval Architecture or Ocean Engineering with PE preferred.

PROJECT MANAGERS - Significant experience in project management of large engineering projects as well as EPCI/turnkey delivery projects.
BS or MS with PE preferred.

SHIP STRUCTURAL DESIGNERS/DRAFTERS - Strong background in ship construction techniques and detail design.
